Employment History
Current and previous employer information, supervisor contacts, income details
Residence History
Current and prior landlord information, rental amounts, dates of residency
References
Personal references, nearest relative, and emergency contact information
Photo ID
Clear photo of government-issued identification (driver's license, state ID, or passport)
Proof of Income
Last 3 paystubs OR other proof of income, plus last 3 bank statements
